Local Church Pastor Deemed Dead After Months of Searching

Cedrus Ludwig, a beloved preacher, local pastor, husband, and father, has been deemed dead after months of searching by local authorities.

Ludwig purchased the property where Arbor Church is located now back in 1991 with his high school sweetheart Ann Perkins, where they worked together to build a place of worship with stunning paintings and beautiful architecture, raising their family alongside the building process.

Locals who visited the church report that there was once a lovely atmosphere to the location that is now gone due to no one taking care of the buildings; the church’s ownership has been transferred over to Ludwig’s best friend, Christopher Lionsa, as Ann Perkins and their son, Tansy, moved out of the county not long before Cedrus’ disappearance, journalists of Linden Local Stories were unable to find any ways of contacting Ann Perkins.

Christopher comments:

“I'll do everything I can to keep Cedrus’ legacy intact as much as I can, my lovely wife and daughter have decided to help out as well.”

When asked about anything odd about the church, Mr. Lionsa commented:

“The strangest thing has to be, unsurprisingly enough, the basement *laugh* We hired a locksmith a bit ago and even he had to call in his boss to get in, but to no luck, I guess whatever is in there is just going to be in there forever. As for things we can see that are the second strangest, probably the paintings, they are the most beautiful paintings I've ever seen signed as recently as three years ago, by someone named Chrysan, no matter how much research we do on him we get nothing!”

The last place Cedrus was seen was driving towards Belua’s Autumn Vacation Cabins, his car was never found along the road or parked near any hiking trails that led towards the cabins.

If anyone reading has any knowledge on Cedrus’ whereabouts or knows of any clues that could help with possibly confirming his safety, please contact the Linden County Sheriff’s department.
